Mrs. McCarthy is responsible for the recording, preparation and safe keeping of the official minutes of the Mayor and Borough Council meetings and other official records of the Borough, including resolutions and ordinances.
Mrs. McCarthy is the local administrator for Primary, General, School and Special Elections held in the Borough of Allendale. This includes the sitting of polling locations and delivery of election materials to the four polling locations prior to Election Day.

* Notary Public - Most Borough offices offer Notary Public service to Allendale residents only. Proof of residency is required.
* Open Public Records Access Form - To request copies of records, please submit the form to the Borough Clerk's Office. Request Form
* Copies of Official Documents - The fees for copies of official documents are as follows:
